All sales made through Joyful Journeys are final.  We do not offer refunds for our services or bookings.  This policy applies to all purchases including but not limited to Coaching Sessions/Coaching Packages, Retreats, workshops, digital products and wellness services.

*All Coaching Sessions must be used within 1 year of the purchase date.  Any unused sessions will be forfeited after the 1 year mark..
