All sales made through Joyful Journeys are final.  We do not offer refunds for our services or bookings.  This policy applies to all purchases including but not limited to Coaching Sessions/Coaching Packages, Retreats, workshops, digital products and wellness services.
We encourage you to review all details carefully before making a purchase.  If you have any questions or need further clarification before booking, feel free to contact us at JoyfulJourney4u@gmail.com

*All Coaching Sessions must be used within 1 year of the purchase date.  Any unused sessions will be forfeited after the 1 year mark..  
This policy ensures commitment to the healing process and allows us to maintain the integrity of our scheduling and services.
